Endless Opportunities – I'm in the Hospitality and Tourism management program at UNC Greensboro. I really enjoy it because there are many opportunities for students like me. The professors are great to work with and they genuinely care about the success for the students in the field. We also have a club called The National Society of Minorities in Hospitality which is targeted toward minority students on campus. Don't get me wrong, it's open for anyone to join. I am a participant in the organization and we always have events and activities for everyone to enjoy. We've also had a conference in Atlanta, GA, which I wasn't able to attend. There are many hotels in Greensboro, so jobs aren't that hard to find. An internship is required in my major so our professors make sure we stay on task, network, and to learn the industry. I'm really excited for whats to come in the fall semester.
