Professors Care
I came to Cornell University oblivious as to the concern a teacher can have over his/her students. In high school, students were praised just for passing classes. Cornell professors have shown me the importance of learning for oneself rather than just for the grade.

Meeting People
The campus is pretty large and quite diverse so meeting people with different interests is one of the great benefits Cornell has to offer.
