Montana State Exchange Students
Bozeman Montana is not a very diverse city, however there is quite a bit of diversity on campus at Montana State. A lot of exchange students attend there and are excepted and really enjoy being in Montana. The challenges some of them face is living in a completely different culture than what they are used to for a long period of time. A lot of times they make friends with other students that are in the exchange program because they have the same cultural background. Howeve,r I have made a lot of friends with exchange students who like getting involved in Bozeman and fully experiencing the different culture. Even though many of their beliefs and lifestyles are different, it's a good experience to get out and experience different cultures out of their comfort zone.

Bikes Are Used Often
Public transportation is average around Bozeman. They just recently got a bus system that is very prompt and runs everyday throughout the town. The best part of this transportation is that it is free so poor college students are able to use that as transportation instead of driving everywhere. Also Bozeman is not very big so many students ride bikes around town.

Getting Financial Aid Has Been Difficult
I have been struggling with financial aid since I began going to college. My parents make an adequate amount of money however most of their funds go to paying medical bills. My mom went through cancer twice and that's just the beginning of the medical problems we've faced. I filled out a medical case for FAFSA but I still received nothing but loans. I am already in debt more than I would like to be, so I am trying everything I can to receive scholarships to help me get through school and not have to have a lot of financial debt after I graduate.
