I came to University of California, Riverside because it was a beautiful school. The students and staff here are all very welcoming and nice. I would say that it's the friendliest campus. Making friends is very easy because everyone is very outgoing, welcoming and social. The professors seem to really care about their students. There isn't much to do outside the campus except if you're looking for a place to eat because there are so many restaurants. Riverside can be pretty boring at times unless you have connections and know people with cars. Overall, I like UCR a lot and I enjoy the learning atmosphere. If there's one thing I could change about this place, it's that there should be more things to do!

Drug Safety
The school tries to enforce drug safety but if you live in a dorm with a bad RA who doesn't care about what you do because he wants to be "cool" then you're out of luck. My hall always smelled like weed and no one did anything about it. We pretty much woke up high everyday. Other than that, the campus itself enforces drug safety.

Parking
I dont have a car but whenever I'm in a car with a friend they always have a hard time finding parking unless it's after 4pm.
