Dedicated Individuals. In my experience, the president of clubs are students who dedicate their time to make sure the club is running to its fullest potential.

Too Many Night Classes. In order for me to complete my AA and transfer, some of the main classes where only offered at night. I wish it was possible to have more choices in if you want to take the class at night or in the morning but because of budget cuts, so many classes are all ove the place in time. For me I sometimes had to be at School all day because there wasn't a possible of getting them back to back.

Dedicated Professors – I am a photography major and when i started going to Cerritos i almost wanted to change my major to undeclared, but spending one semester in a photo class made me realize why I love it so much. The Professors are extremely resourceful and helpful. My Professor always had the answers to my questions. There are multiple lab tabs so if you run out of time you can come back at a later time and finish your projects. They even have lab tech to assist you if you are having issues on producing your work. The class was spread out enough so you never were overloaded with work and you had enough time to complete your project.

Help Not Really Available to Non Athletes – I was fortunate enough to be an athlete and get priority registration and walk-in counseling. It is bad for those who aren't involved in sports because to get an appointment to see a counselor can take a month. There are programs that you can get involved with to help better your c chances in getting help, but they are nto enough. It is better to go to a math professor for help then going to math tutoring because 90% the students who are helping you do your homework, are wrong. If you prepare yourself and get to know professors and faculty, the process of getting help and getting your classes can be made easier.

Computer Labs – The store has recently reopened their computer labs so they are bigger and located now in one area instead of two. The network is fast and if you need to print you have that option as well. There is a help desk at the entrance of the computer lab so if you have any issues or questions regarding using the computers, they are there to help.

An Improving Campus – The Campus is improving in structures allowing facilities to be more accessible with a modern twist. There are new classroom buildings and currently a new auditorium is being built. The prices at the bookstore for supplies and food and at reasonable prices. Beware of the Elbow room where their prices double from the bookstore.
