Many Options - Expensive
There are some great restaurants off-campus and many students go out on Fridays or Saturdays but it is palo alto and prices will reflect that.

Nice Dorms - Spread Out
The dorm rooms are a reasonable size and in good shape. Most dorms get renovated bathrooms every 2 years. However, the freshmen can get spread out as the all-freshmen dorms are on east campus and the four-class dorms are farther west.

Mostly Drinking
Most people just drink, although marijuana is prevalent as well if you want it to be. If you aren't into either there are plenty of people that do not drink but still have lots of fun.
