Parties
Great parties. There are frats and house parties. A lot of people have private parties in their apartments for friends only. Not a lot of parties in the dorms. Two bars on campus and easy access to the bars in the city via cabs and subway. Easy for underage people to get alcohol through older people, but all the bars card.

If it's on campus it's easily walkable if in the city, most people subway there and cab back.

Plenty
Right in the middle of North Philadelphia. Lots of White, Black, Asian, Indian, Etc. Students. Lots of religions and varying levels of religious observance and student groups for many races and religions. Lots of cultural Greek Organizations.
