Not Much Seems to Be Solved
Many incident of theft, destruction of school property, etc, gets reported but never seems to get solved.

Snow and Cold
It does snow a lot but the streets, outdoor stairs and sidewalks get cleaned up pretty quickly which is good. Its gets quite cold but all the building are adequately heated.
