Police Force – The ones who don't deserve punishment get punished and the ones who do, don't. Campus police here is crap. Having talked to working lawyers (including those who both went to the university and have been working in said college town for over 45 years) police go through waves of near brutality to almost absent. Drinking Is Most Popular – As with most large scale universities drugs are everywhere its your choice on whether to involve yourself. Alcohol is big scale peer pressure is usually a non issue in terms of no one is forcing you but it is everywhere so influence is high. Policy enforcement. the kids who don't deserve punishment do and the ones who do don't.
