Computer Labs
There are multiple computer labs at UCI with plenty of computers in each. I have never had a problem finding a computer on campus. All of these labs have printing available for a fair price, network is great and super fast, and there is wifi everywhere on campus. The computers aren't super fancy, but they carry all the software you may need for your classes/major. I use the computers on campus whenever I'm there.

Boring
UCI is incredibly boring. I come from LA, so when I first came here everything just seemed so much quieter, slower and lame. There's nothing fun to do around here and if you want to have fun you'll probably need a car or know someone who has one so you can check out the club/party scene in Newport. The only place on campus that is remotely fun is the pub, but obviously you can't go there if you're under 21, plus most of the grad students hang out there. I know some on campus clubs do hold club events and offer transportation to these places but they're honestly not my cup of tea so I've never been to one. Your best bet is to meet some people who throw some damn good house parties, though it's kind of rare. UCI and the Irvine area really need some more variety in clubs/lounges.

Pretty Strict
UCI is pretty strict about a lot of things like riding your bike, scooter, skateboard or whatever on non-designated areas. I've seen a lot people get ticketed for doing so. They're also pretty strict about underage drinking IF you get caught. They send letters home, make you go to some safer alcohol drinking meeting, and if you get caught two more times things are much much worse.
