Ethnic Diversity
There is a need for an adequate amount of diversity within the University of Cincinnati's campus. I have helped spread the word and taught others how important learning about diversity is. I was a part of student organization named RAPPXXVI this year and it was one of the best experiences that I have had in my entire life. Our motto was "Each One, Teach One". We discussed diversity in terms of ethnic backgrounds, economic status, political and religious beliefs and sexual orientation. All of these things are important and should be discussed within all universities.

Academic Review
The academic programs that are very diverse. I chose to attend the University of Cincinnati due to the many programs they offered. The professors are well respected and go out of their way in order to make sure that there students succeed. The curriculum can be challenging, but that is what college is supposed to be.

The University of Cincinnati has a no tolerance attitude when it comes to anything hazardous that may be deemed negative to the public, community, student, or the university.
