Nicely Distributed Resources
After commons, you have the bookstore (called Homer's hut after 3 on weekends) to buy food and such, and there are three coffee shops (that DON"T take points) at two opposite corners as well as the center of campus

Plenty of Spots
If you got a car you will be praised by those around you. Not many have cars, who live on campus at least. Not many meters around.

Tough...
It will stay gloomy usually for days straight especially in winter time. Never snowy or below 30 however. Rains at least 3 times a week, average being twice a day
