Not That Many Distractions
Bloomington is a pretty small town with not a lot going on. Illinois State University is just down the road in Normal, and there is a suitable mall for the size of the town. The one great thing about bloomington is the collection of restaurants with a very diverse option of cuisine. If your ever around, you'll have to check out Puran!

Greeks THINK They Are the School
Greek life at our school is, from the eyes of a non-member, a wasted effort. The frat parties are just bad places for people to be, whether its the bad beer that is served, or the fact that the music is simply horrible. Whats worse is how the greek studnets act around campus, as if they are the school. I try and avoid these people/places as much as I can.

International Community
Being an International Student myself I can say that we have a very interesting group of students here at Wesleyan. The International community is very family oriented and an easy group of people to be around. Most International Students are much more mature and knowledgeable than the American students, making them more interesting to be around.
