Well in Nashville,there is much to do concerning the music industry, but if you're not into music then you may have to search for activities, great parks!that feature monthly festivals ! There is a welcoming,cozy feel to this city and to the TSU campus,Variety of food choices on and near Tennessee State University,great school spirit :)

Nursing-Hands on
Tennessee State University has an Excellent Nursing program, it is fulfilling yet competetive to get into. Produces hardworking Nurses, last years graduating class all passed with 100% on Nursing Boards.

I Plan on It
I do plan on taking a few volunteer positions at local hospitals, however at TSU they provide wonderful clinicals for nursing majors

Ok
I would rate TSU's dorms as ok, because they could do better as far a remodeling goes and keeping up with the times, Hale and Rudolph are the best, and Boyd and Watson are the worst in my opinion

HBCU With a Twist
Although Tennessee State is an HBCU (historically black college and university), you tend to see people from all walks of life when roaming the beautiful campus... I love to see a blend of culture

Parties Galore
There is always something to do at night around TSU including parties which are usually held off campus, but there are also activities like talent and art shows, and also plays..its a great variety
