Lots of Ph. D. Instructors
Basically, UF is not as challenging as everyone makes it out to be. AND, the majority of my classes are taught by TA's or Ph.D./grad students. I mean, I came to learn from PROFESSORS, not people a few years older than me? Study areas are available but always quiet and usually sketchy at night. Curriculum is just not as challenging as the "Harvard of Florida" makes it out to be. Don't be fooled by the name of the school.

Lots of Underage Rage
MANY people are out almost every night downtown. Everyone has a fake ID. If you live off campus, everywhere there is usually partying any day of the week. I mean, if you like getting wasted and sweating on a dance floor, Gainesville is for you.

NO WHERE TO PARK
During the day, there is literally no where to park, but after parking decals are restricted (after 4:30pm), there is usually parking anywhere. But during study weeks? Fuggedaboutit.

Lots of Panhellenic Booty.
Greeks are everywhere and mainly all attractive. If you aren't part of a SO, good luck finding friends or a significant other. UF is pretty clicky. Lots of Asians that band together. People are very obnoxious, prideful and rowdy.

I never cheat and never will so I would just say--cheating happens everywhere, but it's up to your moral preference to stay away from all that.
