Safe
it's a small school in a relatively small town with a lot of families nearby, so it would be pretty hard to feel unsafe here. the security is pretty laid back but i haven't heard of very many vandalism or theft incidents on campus.

Off Campus Is the Bomb
EXPENSIVE. but so is on-campus housing. villa malibu is the best! there are some places close to school but if you want to not pay insane amounts you're going to have to live a few miles away.

Greatest Place on Earth
This is the most beautiful place on the planet. I love it here and am definitely cannot see myself anywhere else. Living in Malibu is expensive, but totally worth it. The atmosphere is unbeatable. The study abroad programs are DEFINITELY a must -- you won't find better ones anywhere else. There's so much to do and see nearby and the people are the greatest.
