Fun to Do, but Definitely Not Required
The University doesn't actually recognize Greek Life on campus, which is kind of a pain because it always seems like the school is out to get Fraternities and Sororities. The Eating Clubs really dominate the social scene, therefore most Fraternity/Sorority events end up being dorm room parties before heading out to the Eating Clubs. They are a great network to meet other interesting and fun people, and can help members get into particular eating clubs their sophomore year. Other than that, they definitely aren't a necessity, and a large portion of the campus decides not to join them and still participates in the eating club drinking scene.

There If You Want Them - No Pressure Otherwise
Besides drinking, I'd say the next favorite drug activity is smoking pot, yet it's only really visible if you chose to be in the crowd that uses. Hard drugs are rarely ever seen around campus, and those who use them tend to do so very much in private. There isn't really any peer pressure to do any drugs, or even to drink for that matter. Princeton takes a good stance towards drinking on campus, as you cannot get in trouble for drinking in a dorm room (even if you're underage) as long as nothing above 30 proof is present in the room.

Nation's Finest
It's hard to get much better academic focus than Princeton University. Because there doesn't exist much of a graduate school (no law, medicine, business schools) all of the professors are there primarily to teach which leads to a fantastic undergraduate experience. Taking classes with professors who are known worldwide for their expertise on a subject is something that you simply can't get very many other places. Be ready to work incredibly hard and only get mediocre grades at best, however, as the grade deflation policy really makes early A's extremely difficult.

Easy to Find
Most people on campus have personal laptops that they use anywhere on campus, as you can find wireless everywhere you go. If you don't, computer clusters are basically everywhere, so it shouldn't be too difficult to access.

Top Notch
The facilities at Princeton are fantastic. The student center and gyms are nice and state of the art, and it's hard to get any better resources than what you can find at Firestone Library. My only complaint is that there isn't any good 24 hour study library, and most libraries close as early as 11:30.

Orange Bubble
The town of Princeton is focused entirely on the university which is very nice, and Nassau street has lots of nice (albeit fairly expensive) places to get a meal or ice cream. The town is extremely safe and very friendly towards university students. Another fantastic aspect about Princeton's location is the proximity to New York City and Philadelphia, where you can take a train in for a concert or a night out and still be back to campus late that night.

Fantastic Experience
The academic experience at Princeton is unparalleled, and it's incredible to be surrounded by so many bright and gifted individuals. The social scene has been much better than anticipated, and there's always lots to do on campus and people looking to have a good time. My only complaint is that at times the stress of the work can be overwhelming -- If you come here, be prepared to work harder than you've ever worked in your entire life (and you'll still most likely only make mediocre grades).
