Pretty Safe
Crime happens here, just like anywhere else, but the school has emergency phone booths and bicycle police everywhere, and Provo is a pretty safe town. I feel safe walking home after dark. I feel extremely safe on campus, which is always well lit. If you have common sense and lock up your bike, it won't get stolen.

You will probably never see drug usage - it will get you kicked out of school if you are caught, and people will tattle.

Strict
Very strict Honor Code in line with LDS Word of Wisdom teachings. No drinking, modesty, no profanity, no cheating, no premarital/extramarital sex.

Computers
Lots of computers on campus. It may be hard to find one during peak times, but otherwise its pretty easy. Printing can get a bit expensive. The internet connection is like lightning. Wifi is all over campus and the dorms.

Sports Are Great
School Spirit is huge. Everyone knows the Cougar Fight Song. The campus gym is a bit small, but they have Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Zumba and Swimming classes, among other things. Football is big, and the biggest part is the rivalry between BYU and U of U.

Free but Crowded
It doesn't cost anything to park, but it can fill up quickly. Finding a space is tough, but you might get lucky in the ten minutes before the hour, when most classes get out.
