Many Quick and Easy Options

The entire area is centered around the LSU campus. Everyday some restaurant has a student discount. There are many great fast food and diner type restaurants that are perfect for homework or hanging out with friends. Rocco's Poboys and Cafe is great local cuisine. I also like Silver Moon Cafe and Highland Coffee. I love that the first Cane's is here. My friends and I spend countless hours studying there. Cane's is pretty cost-friendly, but you can still find more upscale dining, like The Chimes. It has great seafood, great atmosphere, and great liquor supply, but a little more pricey. I always enjoy the music they have playing. If you're in the mood for something different, Serrano's is great Mexican food!
