I know that financial Aid is very busy with the school year coming around, but, it is very hard for me to contact them. I have tried calling, leaving messages, emailing, and showing up to recieve help. One tip that I could give would be to possibly have more financial aid staff to help. I feel as though they have too many students versus the staff to be able to help students in a timely manner. I can say that when I do reach them they are very helpful. Financial aid is a big stressor, not just for me but all students! So, It would make a big difference if more staff were available to help.

The best asset to Mercyhurst college for me is the beautiful layout. They always have the college looking in top shape. The staff is more than helpful at directing you where to go. I am a commuter and the campus life is not something I am aware of. The on campus houses are very nice.

I am a commuter student and I still live with my parents at this time. I have actually not looked into if Off-campus housing is an option at this time. I do know that Mercyhurst North east is very helpful towards On campus housing and informed me many times of where to go if I decide to do so. So I am unable to identify the off campus housing selection at this time, but, I can say they are more than helpful towards helping with housing.
