Life on Campus
Rooms are relatively spacious for doubles and quads, but can often run small in singles. Every room on campus is close to classes (at most a 10 minute walk in the dead of winter). Heating can be very finicky (often starting too late and ending late into Spring term) making internal temperatures difficult at times. No A/C in most of the dorms is very difficult when it gets hot and muggy out. However, these are very minor problems overall.
The best dorm, by far is Hiett. It has A/C and heated floors, huge common rooms and decently-sized bedrooms as well. These are reserved for upperclassman only (as they should be!) and are a great place to live you 3rd, 4th and 5th years.

No Need for Public Transport Here!
Campus is so small that you won't need any other transportation than your own two feet! If you need to get off campus, there's a great public bus system that is always near by, but you're bound to know someone with a car who will either have to take a trip off campus too, or will most likely be willing to let you use their car.

Small Liberal Arts Is the Way to Go
LU is a great place to get a wonderful education; not only academically and artistically, but also a great place to get educated on yourself. The small community makes for tight bonds that will last a lifetime and an experience that's worth every penny of loans you might leave with. Here, peers and professors will always have your back and will always be striving to see you succeed.
