Everyone is pretty much the same: white, middle class, LDS, straight, and Republican. We do have a lot of international students but it's less than 10% of the entire school.

Provo is a college town so there are some things to do on campus. I come from a big city so the downtown area isn't what I'm used to but there are a few things to do (Velour, Communal). There is a wicked sweet laser arena across from Smith's that you must go to.

Similar to all of Utah, 30 degrees one day and 60 the next. Winters are long and cold. Classes are rarely canceled due to weather.

In compliance with the Honor Code, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited and BYU takes action against those who are seen with drugs or alcohol.

Typical Mormon Environment – If you are used to growing up in a Mormon environment then it won't be a big deal to you. However, if you are the person who likes to stay up and go and do things all night, this isn't the place. There may be some spots in Orem but everything in Provo pretty much shuts down around midnight.
