MCC offers a very diverse environment. I feel welcomed by the staff and never had a problem with any of the students. I have attended two MCC campuses. One is located in North Omaha, I see more African Americans at that campus because the campus is in an African American neighborhood. The south Omaha campus there is more Caucasian people. I don't look at it as a race issue but a convenient issue for others. The people in my class are usually part time students. Religion is hardly ever discussed at MCC.

Metropolitan's Academic Experience – MCC offers a wide range of academics from Nursing to culinary arts. Registration is very easy. MCC gives you several ways to register. I choose the internet because it is convenient for me. You can also call in and or come in to register for classes. When I want to meet with an advisor it usually takes a long time sometimes I have to come back another day. I do like that MCC have phone advisors now. Phone advisors help for short questions, so I can just call in to speak with an advisor which is very convenient for me. The professors are always helpful and willing to assist you outside of class. I have noticed a lot of my professors are in graduate school but they come in and get the job done. The classrooms are a perfect size, never over crowding.

Metropolitan Community College Area Academic Flexibility was reviewed by kaviona
A+

Metropolitan Community College Flexibility – MCC is very flexible when it comes to class schedules. I work during the day and the evening/ night classes worked out perfectly. There is parking on the east and southside of the building which makes it easy for me to get to class. I will be transferring this summer so I'm yet to experience the ease of transferring.
