Academics at University of Oklahoma

A

Academics

The phrase, "If it was easy, everybody would be doing it" applies to the University of Oklahoma. The academics offered at the University of Oklahoma are for the most part, very difficult. Yet manageable. With handwork and determination one can pass event the hardest classes. Majority of classes consist of a large reading load and a small work load. Quizzes, tests, and essays are graded heavily. Students have a mix of large lecture halls and small classes. Professors are always willing to talk and help. Many students are Health Science, Business, Journalism, and Engineering majors. Popular study areas are the library.

Off-Campus Dining at University of Oklahoma

A

Just Enough

When all else fails, eat. Norman is full of interesting restaurants and cafes. Campus Corner which is located right off campus is has many great places to eat. Most of the places are moderately priced since Norman is a college town, yet there are expensive restaurants if in the mood. If Norman does not have what you're interested in, Oklahoma City or Moore surely will and is only a short distance away.

Facilities at University of Oklahoma

A

Up to Date

I love the University of Oklahoma and the facilities it provides for us. The Huston Huffman center (the HUFF) is the main gym and has areas for working out, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and many more. OU's student union is also very great with many food choices and study areas. It is a place where many people go to just hang out. The library at OU is a main go to during dead week and for tests. It has a lot of history and is interesting to see. Always activities going on our beautiful campus. Boomer.

Transportation at University of Oklahoma

B

Good Luck

Almost everyone drives a car at OU so spots are limited and go quick. Buses do run daily, but I have yet to take one. Many people ride bikes and longboards. Everything on campus is walking distance though.
