It's Boulder...
There are no clubs or bars for people under 21. The best bet for those under 21 is parties. They are pretty abundant, given this is a college town and CU is somewhat in the "party school" category.

Tons of Options
The Hill, Pearl Street, and 29th Street have some great options, plus there are tons of other places scattered in between.

Bro Central
There are a lot of "bros" here. It's actually quite overwhelming. However, there are also some crazy awesome and unique students who fit into Boulder's quirky atmosphere well.

Boulder Tends to Be a Rather Attractive Community...
...but it depends on what you're looking for. There are a lot of "bro-type" guys here, and a lot of girls who seem to party a little too much. However, I have met some awesome people in both categories. There's really smart guys and frat boys all over the board. Many (maybe even most) people are a mix of both features.
