Poor Setup of Classes
For the majority of classes that I had to take at Towson University the classes were very unorganized and a clear syllabus of assignments and course goals were not given out by the professors. This lack of expectations makes it really hard for students to understand what they need to do to succeed in the classes.

Everyone Can Party Here
There are parties at houses and apartments around campus and also at Favorite's Bar which is just down the street. People of all ages are able to get away with drinking because nobody really checks unless you're at TigerFest. There are cabs available and also saferides. Unfortunately this partying is NON-STOP, so serious students should avoid this school.

RA's Don't Really Report Underage Drinking
RA's don't care about underage drinking, they just care if you get caught by their bosses. Basically, this is unsafe for all students in dorms and also makes it hard to study at nighttime.
