General Campus Aesthetics
The overall campus at East Carolina is beautiful. The 2011 fall semester brought Hurricane Irene and her wrath upon the campus causing quite a bit of damage. However, there have been people working hard since then to restore the campus to it's original beauty. Our campus has a modern yet classic feel to it. There's a large grassy area (the mall) in the center of campus. It's beautiful. The grass is very green and luscious. There are many art sculptures scattered about the campus which add to it's aesthetics. The only thing you have to worry about is the squirrels.

Parking on and Around Campus
For some people, parking sucks for others it's pretty decent. It just depends on what permit you have. All on campus parking is by permit only unless it's after 7:00 pm.

East Carolina Buses
The buses are normally on time but sometimes are a bit crowded. Most transportation is free.
