Good but Have to Be Careful
Many people at Fordham's Rose Hill Campus actually choose to stay on campus because the Bronx can be a dangerous place at night, especially for girls. But Fordham is good at having shuttles and security prowling around. People who live off campus know what they're getting into, it is cheaper but they have to be careful and always lock everything up before they leave. Being in New York City, no one really needs a car so that situation isn't really an issue.

Annoying but for a Reason
I know Fordham Rose Hill is in the Bronx, so safety is a number one priority of the University, and they do take it seriously. It's really annoying though to have to get signed in to other dorms on campus if you don't live there. Anyone with a school I.D. should be able to get in to on campus buildings. Fordham also takes it's no underage drinking seriously, but only if you're careless enough to get caught. Otherwise, all of Fordham's academic policies are aimed towards helping students achieve success!

Not Good but Who Needs It?
Well. I only give it a D+ because it's $1000 a year for a non-commuter to park their car at Fordham's Rose Hill Campus. But on the other hand, no one at school needs a car because New York City is a 20-40 minute train ride away (depending on your choice of rail), and from there everyone I know takes planes, trains, and buses home.
