Ames Bars and Clubs
Clubs in Ames are quite fun, less crime and heavily patrolled by policement. They are accessible and there are many options to choose from. Des Moines city (Iowa Headquarters) is only less than half an hour away where there are more options of night life.

well enforced rule as per Iowa ordinance. if one is caught will face disciplinary measures as outlined in the state of iowa.

extremely well connected...buses run every 10 mins, its free for ia state students
