The city of Towson is a very diversified community that celebrates the cultures around them through performances, exhibits, food, music, etc. The Asian Arts And Culture Center provides a full array of events to stimulate the communities mind and body to educate, celebrate, and promote the visual arts of the Asian culture. Students are able to enjoy life on and off campus with plenty of things to do especially in a safe place such as Towson.

Early Childhood Education
I have not yet started the graduate program however I am admitted into the program and will be starting this Fall 2011. What I can tell you is the thoughts from previous graduates from Towson University. My Director and several teachers at Early Head Start, where I volunteer, loved the Early Childhood Education graduate program at Towson. There is a high graduation and employment rate after college and many of the schools in Maryland seek Towson Universities Med graduate students because of the really good curriculum that is offered at the college.
