On Campus Is Better!
Most of your basic lower-level food options (the ones college kids actually can afford) are present; chipotle, qdoba, mcDonalds, IHOP, various cafe's in town, applebees ect, and a few of them have student discounts. Many of the places are located on or atleast near the regular bus routes, but a few you would need a taxi to get to. There's a few nicer restraunts, and a good amount of ethnic ciusing, which is always a fun event with friends, and usually decently priced for the quality and amount of food. Blue Nile has amazing ethiopian food (although a bit pricy) and the smoked pig across the street is small, but delicious. Even just walking downtown from campus there are so many options where you can pretty much get anything you're feeling like that night. Also, Buffalo Wild Wings is the place to be, pretty much always, but especially Tuesday nights, and it's always a good time.

White Girls
I think there's currently 70 percent girls at JMU, and most of them white. This school has very many caucasians and many of them from (at least seemingly) similar backgrounds. There are a decent amount of international students, but there's only about 3 main states that feed into JMU; VA NJ and PA. Religion doesn't seem to be a huge thing around here, although there are a good amount of organizations available. There is a huge support of diversity of sexual orientation here, but racial diversity is pretty much lacking.

None Yet
I don't know a ton about the internships here, but I know our business program is one of the best, and they require at least one internship to graduate. There are plenty of options for internships and the people at the student center are always willing to help you find one right for you.

Laptops
At the libraries, it's sometimes a long wait to get to a computer during class hours, but usually people just bring and use their laptops. The networks are always fast and reliable, though unavailable some (but few) places on campus (dorms for example). Printing is available, but only in the libraries and is five cents a page. Its pretty much essential to have your own computer here, even though not many classes actually use them, its so much less of a pain than trucking it to the library to wait for an open computer.

FUN
This place is never boring. Everyone is always so friendly and upbeat, its hard to be sad around here. There are SO many organizations to get involved in. There is something for literally anyone and everyone. Really. We even have a quiditch team. I would absolutely come here again given the oportunity, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Undecided
I haven't officially declared a program yet! I know what I plan on doing, and the little contact I've had with people and professors in the programs I'm looking into have been great! I plan on having a carreer in Geographic Science working on the Environmental Science side of things, maybe for the government. I'm also majoring in Spanish, and hope to maybe travel with my job, or help with translations. The spanish teachers here (the ones I know atleast) are great and want nothing more than to help you with the language.
