Greek Life

Greek life at the University is definitely still strong, but with a participation at only around 30% it is nowhere near the level it was in the mid 80s to early 90s. I have most definitely had a great experience at every place I have been to, mostly because I happen to know at least one brother in every fraternity I visit. The brothers in the fraternities are very friendly if you make an effort to be polite. Most of the sorority girls are also very friendly and fun to hang out with. If you don't want to be part of the fraternity scene, that's fine, just good luck getting in if you're a GDI.
