Facilities Are Improving
The university has spent a great deal of effort modernizing the campus over the past decade. The classrooms offer good technology for learning use, computer labs are adequate, research labs are well equipped, and athletic facilities seem to be up to date.

Not a Big Fan
Nightlife is available for those +21, but I'm not a big fan of a lot of it. Nightclubs tend to be cliche - loud bass music and awkward dancing. There are some good bars around open for business though, with cheap drinks and nice, relaxed atmospheres.

Good Enough for the Area
Campus has a shuttle to take students around the surrounding neighborhoods and to the medical school facilities. A shuttle also takes students around downtown on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Other options include the public bus and taxis, though these can be somewhat sketchy at times.
