FLORIDA SUN!!!

Coming from the Northwest, the sun here is so nice! Although it gets hot at time, we're on the bay, so we get a nice breeze. And we have a pool, and air conditioning in all the buildings.

Required to Live on Campus! $$$$$

While we are required to live on campus until our 4th year, the on-campus community is pretty great. However, the dorms are not the best, and are missing some basic things. Dort/Gold is old and kinda grungy. The Letter Dorms are new, but have tiny sinks and little noise insulation. Pei has large rooms and good bathrooms, but no kitchen. There's a plus and a minus to each, and all dorms are much more expensive than living off campus.

I Don't Have a Car

I don't have a car, but I know there are complaints about the price and availability. However, thinking about larger schools, I'm sure parking is much cheaper and closer to dorms than at other schools. ~$65 for a year long pass. And there are enough spots, it just sometimes requires so walking.
