It Never Rains in Southern California...
but it always rains in the Lehigh Valley. And if you have allergies, the Lehigh Valley is one of the worst places to be during the peak of allergy season. With all that said, the nice days are very nice and the campus really comes to life in the spring! When the trees and flowers around campus come into bloom, it's a sight to see and the students are definitely more energized and active in the spring. But remember, it rains a whole lot!

If You Need It, You Get It
Muhlenberg College is really good about putting their money where their mouth is. The whole process of applying, recieving and maintaining the aid is relatively simple. Honestly, if you're a student in need financially, look no further than Muhlenberg.

Neuroscience
The neuroscience major consists of core neuroscience courses which you must take. These include Mind and Brain, a neurophilosophy course and Neurons and Networks, a course dealing with neuronal connections in the brain. There are also cognate courses which include all of your fundamental biology and chemistry courses: Biology I,II and III and General Chemistry I and II through Organic Chemistry II. After you have completed all of these classes, the major is flexibe and can be as much a study of the brain, or of biology, psychology, or even scientific philosophy as you want it to be. There are great professors in this major but only a few who are true neuroscientists. Many of the professors associated with the major are biologists or psychologists.
