The dorms at Simmons College are far from glamorous, but they serve their purpose and are in a safe, gated and clean environment footsteps away from Fenway Park. The freshman dorms are small, and a little congested but there are much better options for upperclassmen. Unlike most urban schools, each dorm looks out onto a large grassy common where many students study, play frisbee and build snowmen.
