I was so confused when I started the financial aid process. If there was one web page that had all of the information on it, rather than five that would be great. The only tips I would have are to get really good grades so you qualify for the academic scholarships. They pay for quite a bit of the whole.

Everything is open to students that go full time. There are athletic centers, libraries, counseling centers. Every year we have different dance teams perform throughout the year. We have a performing arts building, a math building, engineering, life sciences, English, and foreign studies building. Anywhere you want to be, there will be a space for you. There's even a place that you can get a stress test done to see how your body handles stress. Campus activities are non-stop and student hang-outs are basically anywhere around campus where there is an apartment building.

My favorite experiences at BYU happen when I am walking around. Campus life gets lively at lunch times. That's when clubs, societies, or even classes host activities and try to get their information out to everyone. People are generally friendly and there's a clean and happy spirit that can live here. Education is competitive and everyone wants to do well. I love what I learn!

I would give BYU an A- only because it is so hard to find out about programs and HOW to actually get involved. There are thousands of things to do, but it is so hard to get that initial step taken. Other than that it is clean and beautiful.

Soccer Game - Freshman Year
Friends won their intramural soccer season. They did great, and it was so much fun to be able to take a break from the craziness of academics to enjoy a couple games. It was a great night and a good start to coming to BYU.
