Not bad, but not as excited as you might imagine

Growing up in a big city, I was totally disappointed for the first semester at duke. There's not much to do after class at night other than hanging out with friends at dorm or going to parties. Off-campus party, seriously, is not at all safe. Even some on-campus parties will accidentally have some people outside come in.

Bus rocks

The bus system provided by duke is AWESOME! C1 really helps a lot. But there're certainly some place that buses don't cover, like Hull studio where students dance classes and is ten-minute walk from bus stop.
