B+

Housing in Boulder

Boulder has many options for Off-campus living that range from studio apartments to 33 bedroom houses. Off campus housing surrounds the perimeter of campus from all around. Prices are relatively high making it harder to find affordable deals easily but one can find great deals if he or starts looking for a place a semester before moving in. Houses are usually older and their utilities are more expensive. It would be recommended to find at least 3 people to live with in a house; it makes the rent cheaper for more amenities.
