The Typical Stuff
Weed is easy to get, people are hardly ever dry. But there is a large portion of the school that doesn't smoke. Drinking is more popular than smoking. You can sometimes get shrooms or coke, but other drugs than those are harder to find.

Hardly Any Freshman Have Cars Anyway
Parking is limited, especially around the middle of campus. Dorm parking is better than class parking. The permit is almost 300 dollars but it is NOT advisable to park off campus and just walk to school - I did that and my car got stolen. Campus is extremely safe, outside area not so much. And if you park illegally for even four minutes, expect a ticket.

I feel completely safe on campus and I feel comfortable leaving things unattended, confident that they won't get stolen. P-safe is pretty lenient as long as you're quiet about your monkey business.
Except during the summer. My car got stolen from campus.

Yeah, go to Sandbar, the Coaster and Beach Comber. Go to Pacific Beach. Cause those bars, full of USD kids, Mesa kids and the military, suck. Obnoxious drunk ass*****. And because my bars are safe from USD kids. Your fake will probably get taken away at all those bars, though.
