Safety of Off Campus Housing
The apartment complexes closest to campus tend to have more safety concerns than those a little bit further away. If you want to walk to school, being in a slightly less safe area may be just fine with you. Otherwise, nicer apartment complexes are a very short driving distance from campus. There isn't much of a public transit system in Valpo.
