No Program for Egyptology
There is no graduate program for archaeology at this school. While there are some great teachers, it is only a minor and there are few accomodations for people in this area of study for grad school. I have a great teacher who is teaching some classes in Egyptology but only because that is what she does. Don't come to MTSU for any type of archaeology grad school.

Same as Any Other College
While there is crime, it is no different than any other moderately sized college. Also, they have a great telephone alert program that sends them to you no matter where you are.

Horrible
So much construction of new buildings that there is not enough parking for even half of the students.
