Workload
The workload is way too much. Students are usually over-stressed. Professors should not pile on so much work. It drives students crazy.

Convenience
There are many restaurants in our city. It is also very close to our campus and easily accessible. It's refreshing to get off-campus at times.

Pros and Cons
There are many parties in the off-campus housing. There are a fun place to be, but almost disgusting to live in. People do not take care of their property there.
