BU Health services offers a variety of services for common colds, to STDs, to referring students to doctors for more serious illnesses. Although the making appointments and waits required can be HELL during "plague" times.

BUPD does a good job as well they have tip lines and one can frequently see them driving through the streets (sometimes undercover so watch out!). I have never felt unsafe.
