Graduated Housing Is Great
The way students progress through the housing system is great: dorms freshman and maybe sophomore year, then apartments junior year, then houses senior year. Overall, there aren't any intolerable housing situations.

Very Reasonable
People smoke weed on foss hill regularly and almost never get busted for it. If you're not causing a serious disturbance, you're pretty much fine.
