Advisors Very Helpful; Students Friendly
I attend the Georgia Institute of Technology, and am enrolled in the Civil Engineering program. So far, my advisors have been extremely helpful in finding classes for me, and they also do a wonderful job of emailing job and internship opportunities to the Civil students. I transferred from another school and the workload is way bigger here, but I definitely enjoy it!

Endless Options in Downtown Atlanta
My school is located in the heart of Atlanta, GA, so the dining options are endless. This city has any possible dining option you could think of within ten minutes from campus. Many places will involve student discounts, as well as free food at the world-famous Varsity with your Georgia Tech football ticket stub or Atlanta Braves ticket stub.

Nightlife Is a Blast
The nightlife at Georgia Tech is a blast. With the school being in the big city, there are many bars to choose from (many of which are 18 and up so underage kids can go watch the game, etc). Cab rides are the easiest and safest way to get around the city at night.
