The Perfect Small Town
Vermillion is a small town with lots of charm. There are many locally owned restaurants and movie theaters but they also offer the perfect amount of establishments that can be found in bigger cities. There are a lot of friendly people and you always run into a familiar face wherever you go.

Big Things Come in Small Packages
The Greek life at the university is small but we all participate in helping out the community and our various national philanthropy. Its not a big deal that you're greek or not. Our greek community is small but we're like on big family whether you're in a fraternity or sorority.

Fair
The policies are fair when it comes to drinking, drug use, and academic dishonesty. First-time offenders get a warning, and second- and third-time offenders can be dangerous when it comes to loosing your housing and scholarships. My best advice would be to be discreet and honest. If caught, you should be honest and humble.
