Computers Are a Bit Outdated and Some Do Not Work
There are a lot of available computers in the general area of the lab, but 80% of them are old Dell computers. The other 20% are brand new Macs, which are very nice. The special video production room has nice duo screen monitors, except half of them almost never work.

Nice Student Center and Big Library, but a Little Dirty.
The student center and library is pretty big, but it can be a little dirty. The athletic center isn't very big, but there are always a lot of activities around campus.

Greeks Are Always Seen Around Campus
You will always see people representing their frat or sorority, or standing around campus trying to get people to donate money. They can be fun but you would have to have a lot of time to kill, as they are always actively in clubs partying or doing community service.

Mostly Caucasians from Suburbs
The students at Temple are usually just Caucasians from the suburbs. The girls are always in sweat pants and a hoodie, and the guys are either in hoodies or pajamas. Everyone looks like they are still hungover and just got out of bed.

Not Too Strict
The professors aren't too strict about enforcing the academic policies. That is not to say they don't enforce them at all. They are just lenient. I have never had a bad encounter with campus security so I'm not sure about that. They are strict about parking though. They tow cars like it's nobody's business.

Campus Life
The campus is great. There are always a lot of interesting students around doing cool things. There are however, a lot of bums and beggars lurking around too, since Temple is right smack center of the city and surrounded by a not so safe neighborhood. As long as you're on campus grounds, it is safe and fun. There are always lots of students outside playing and having fun, especially when the weather gets nice.

Off-Campus Can Be Dangerous
The apartments closest to campus are expensive and very tiny, but they are the safest. The surrounding neighborhood can be very shady and the locals are territorial. If you're looking for a decent sized apartment and have pepper spray, then choose one about 15 minutes out. They're cheaper and bigger.
