Decent Parking
Parking permits are about $160 for a year of school. There's plenty of parking if you are willing to walk. Parking during the week can be a hassle, but it's practically empty on weekends. Also, there are different categories of parking permits. There is a free bus line, but it is not 24 hr service.

Not Much Affected
It's supposed to snow, but nothing is too far apart to worry much. Classes are never canceled for weather reasons. The school is in a valley so it doesn't get hit as hard as some other places, although it is surrounded by mountains where you can ski.
