Convenient Location

My school is just a couple miles away from Batavia which is not a large city but big enough to have a good variety of restaurants and stores. People can commute easily to my school because it's in the middle of a lot of surrounding towns. There are dorms and nearby apartments for people traveling from far away.

Flexibility

Majoring in Liberal Arts and Science is a good opportunity to feel out your interests. Along with taking the courses that are required for most degree programs you can take classes you are interested in to help lead you in a good direction.

Frustration With Advisement

There are multiple advisers you can speak with and make appointments with to help you with your schedule and make sure you have enough credits to graduate. However, I feel the system is unorganized and the advisers could use some better type of managing system with frequent information meetings. Sometimes I question if they really know more than I do.
